Impact Wrench! Only Install With a Socket Turning the Housing. Do Not
Install Using the Cap!
When installing press in style ball joints be
sure that you are pressing squarely only on the ball joint housing, do
not press on the adjuster cap or you will damage it. An 1-3/4" or
greater I.D. object should be sufficient.

Tech Tip - IMCA type modified and stock cars can
increase the effective height of the GM spindles by approx. 1" by
using the ball joints that raise roll centers. This increase should
raise the front roll center to 3" or 4" above ground level.
