GT 6000 Caliper - Short Track Piston

Wilwood’s unique two piece short track piston significantly reduces caliper operating temperatures to extend seal life and improve fluid performance. By nesting a stainless steel pad load surface inside a stainless outer shell, heat transfer from the brake pad down the piston wall is minimized, reducing heat crystallization of the seal and localized fluid boiling.
